website tracking, and lead delivery systems provided are used solely
for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable
privacy, marketing, and data protection laws, including the General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.
Clients Connect Systems provides the technology and infrastructure
that helps identify and deliver contact enquiries generated through
your website. A lead will only enter your system after a visitor has
completed your website contact form and requested to be contacted.
This includes visitors who have actively indicated they are open to
hearing back, including by phone where applicable.
Any leads or contact information delivered through the system to
your designated Google Sheet, CRM, or database remain exclusively
the property of your business. Clients Connect Systems does not
claim ownership of your customer or prospect data and does not
access, use, or retain that information beyond what is reasonably
required to provide and operate the service.
All information captured through the system is assigned solely to
the business whose website generated the enquiry. Your leads are not
shared with other businesses, reused, redistributed, or made
available to unrelated third parties. Each business receives only
the enquiries connected to its own website traffic and marketing
activity.
Our role is limited to providing the software, tracking, and secure
delivery of enquiries submitted through your website. Once an
enquiry has been delivered, all communication, follow-up, and client
management remain the sole responsibility of the receiving business.
Businesses using the platform are responsible for ensuring their own
communication practices remain compliant with applicable legal,
advertising, and privacy requirements.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. While reasonable
efforts are made to maintain system reliability and accurate lead
delivery, Clients Connect Systems does not guarantee specific
results, lead volume, conversions, or commercial outcomes.
Where paid services are provided, fees will be billed according to
the agreed terms at the time of purchase or subscription. Unless
otherwise confirmed in writing, payments made for services are
non-refundable.
Privacy Policy

personal data of every individual who interacts with the websites
and technology connected to our service.
We collect and process only the information necessary to provide the
service and securely deliver enquiries to the relevant business
after a visitor has completed a website contact form and requested
