By using Clients Connect Systems, you agree that the technology and tracking pixel provided are used solely for lawful business purposes and in full compliance with all applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy and data protection laws. Any leads or contact information captured through the system and delivered to your designated Google Sheet, CRM, or database remain exclusively the property of your business. Clients Connect Systems does not claim ownership of, access to, or rights over your customer or prospect data beyond the technical process required to deliver the service.

All information collected through the system is captured and assigned solely to the business whose website the visitor interacted with. That information is not shared, reused, redistributed, or made available to any other business, client, or third party. Each business receives only the data generated from its own website traffic and campaigns.

Our role is limited to providing the technology and infrastructure required to capture and securely deliver permitted contact details where consent has been given. How those leads are contacted, managed, or followed up after delivery is entirely the responsibility of the business receiving them. The service is provided on an "as is" basis, and while reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability and accuracy, Clients Connect Systems cannot guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or commercial outcomes from its use.

Where paid services are provided, fees will be billed according to the agreed terms at the time of purchase or subscription. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments made for services are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy
Clients Connect Systems is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who interacts with the technology used within this service. We collect only the information necessary to provide our service and to supply businesses with contact details from individuals who have provided appropriate consent to receive communications.

All personal data processed through Clients Connect Systems is handled securely using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute personal data to third parties.

Importantly, any contact information captured through the system is delivered exclusively to the specific business whose website or advertising generated the interaction. That data is not shared with other businesses, networks, or partners. Each organisation receives only the information connected to visitors who have engaged with their own website or marketing activity.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the service and to meet legitimate operational, legal, or compliance obligations. Throughout the entire process, Clients Connect Systems is committed to handling data responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with recognised data protection standards.

Clients Connect Systems processes personal data in accordance with the principles set out under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal information captured through the system is collected only where appropriate consent has been obtained and where processing is necessary for legitimate business communication.

Where a website visitor has agreed to receive updates or communications, their contact information may be captured and securely delivered exclusively to the business whose website they visited. This information is never sold, shared with unrelated parties, or distributed to multiple businesses. The data remains solely connected to the business that generated the interaction.

Personal data is used only for the purposes for which consent was given and is protected through appropriate technical and organisational security measures. Clients Connect Systems does not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing activity.

Individuals whose personal data is processed retain all rights granted under GDPR, including the right to request access to their personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, or withdraw consent at any time.

1. What is the lead-capture pixel and how does it work?
A lead-capture pixel is a small piece of code we provide for you to install on your website. When visitors land on your site, it captures their contact information — name, phone, and email — and sends it directly to a Google Sheet you control. You get an alert for every new lead so you can follow up immediately, even if they left without filling out a form. It works with any website — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or anything else — and starts working the moment it's installed.

2. How do you capture visitor information without a form?
The pixel checks if visitors have previously given consent to receive information related to their online searches. If they have, you receive their name, phone number, and email — and you're permitted to contact them. If they haven't given consent, no data is returned. Every lead delivered to you is contactable and compliant. - The customer details will ONLY be returned as a lead if they have previously given consent to be contacted - see the tick box on our Contact Form down below.

3. How is this different from Facebook, Google, or Groupon?
Platforms like Facebook, Google, and Groupon track visitor behavior using website pixels and audience data, but they keep the valuable information for themselves. You don't receive names, phone numbers, or emails, so you must keep paying to reach the same audience again. Their ads rely on impressions and bidding, meaning many potential clients may never see your advert. With our system, the data comes directly to you, giving you real contact details so you can follow up immediately by phone, text, or email.

4. What percentage of lost visitors can you recover and do I own the data?
We attempt to recover up to 50% of lost visitors and deliver them directly to you as leads. If they didn't consent to be contacted previously the lead will not be generated at all. Instead of losing 80% of your traffic forever, you can now follow up with around half of them — without spending another dollar on ads. Every lead goes straight into your Google Sheet and you own it 100%. We have no interest in your customers — we only want to help you succeed.

5. How much does it cost and what if the leads don't convert?
The trial is completely free. No credit card, no payment, no obligation. We provide the pixel, you install it, and you watch the leads come in. If you decide to continue, we'll tailor a package based on what we captured during your trial.
